Kapoor and Sons 2nd Day Collection: Karan Johar’s latest released Bollywood movie “Kapoor and Sons” has opened to decent response and collected a good amount at the domestic box office on the first day. The film has registred new records and become the 4th biggest opener of 2016, beating “Mastizaade” and “Jai Gangaajal.”
It is one of the highly-anticipated Bollywood movies of 2016 and after the sucessful fit of Student Of the Year, we can see Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt again on big screen. Its promos have garnered a lot of attention for the film. The makers have shelled out a hefty sum on its publicity and its stars have promoted the film on several TV channels and also visited some cities for the same.

Trade experts had predicted that the film would get good 1st weekend box office collection in the domestic market and overseas market. As per sources, traders also expecting that the film could become one of the top 10 biggest openers of the year. The film witnessed higher amount of footfalls in multiplexes in metros, when compared to single screens. Kapoor and Sons movie has collected Rs 6.85 crore at the domestic box office on 1st day and on 2nd day it has collected total 6.1 Crore.
